Q. How do I start placing orders?

We require a copy of an up-to-date pharmacy license and a completed registration form, after that, you can start ordering through one of our sales representatives.

Q. What are your credit terms?

We offer a variety of payment options to make sure your pharmacy gets the products you need.

Q. What time is the cut off for same-day shipping?

If the product is in stock and the order is received before 5pm EST, the order will ship same day.

Q. How do I get my T3?

You can get your T3's online, or you can submit a request through your customer service representative.

Q. Does your company offer exclusive products?

We have a selection of products available that are not sold by other wholesalers. Contact one of our customer service reps today for more information.

Q. If needed, how can I submit an Audit Request?

You can submit audit requests in a couple of ways. You can fax them in by sending the request to 855.238.7079, or you can send an email to Sales@DiabeticHQ.com.
